Well, what can I say about Sam....... 

He helped design and test the original Nordkapp, developing hatches, knee tubes, paddling gear and paddles at a time when quality expedition equipment wasn't available. 

Sam undertook many extreme overseas expeditions in the early days of the UK sea kayaking scene.

He now paddles an NDK Explorer and still hates skegs.

Sam has probably forgotten more about running sea kayak expeditions than most folk will ever know....
